Kari has been in the hair industry since 1996. That's not a typo. She has been behind the chair through every trend, every era, and every evolution the industry has gone through, and she's come out the other side with an ease and precision that only comes from truly putting in the time.

Her career has taken her through salon work covering cuts, colors, and perms; runway and fashion show production; headshot prep; holiday and event glam; and over two decades of bridal work. She's been doing weddings specifically since 2002, which means she's seen every kind of bride, every kind of morning, and every kind of curveball a wedding day can produce. Not much surprises her anymore.

What has stayed consistent throughout all of it is her philosophy: it's not what you do for a client, it's how you make them feel. She takes listening and communication seriously, not as soft skills, but as the actual foundation of good work. Understanding what someone wants, translating that into a finished look, keeping the energy calm and the timeline on track. That's the job, and she loves it.

Kari also has experience in production, including behind-the-scenes work with the Vegas Theater in the Arts District.

Outside of work, she's an enthusiastic thrifter, a dedicated explorer of Las Vegas's food scene, and a coffee shop regular. She travels whenever she can and considers filling up her passport a personal goal. Her overall take on life is pretty straightforward: enjoy it.
