Hailee's relationship with makeup started long before she ever held a professional brush. It was 2013, and like a lot of people, she found herself deep in the beauty corner of YouTube, watching tutorials for hours, practicing looks in the mirror, and recruiting her friends as willing and very patient subjects. Shoutout to everyone who sat through the winged liner era. You know who you are.

Her professional path started in 2018 when she enrolled in cosmetology school, making her a licensed hairstylist and makeup artist with over eight years of combined experience. Born in Las Vegas, Hailee spent most of her childhood as a military brat before returning home in 2022. She loves being surrounded by family and friends, and she loves meeting the people who come to Las Vegas from all over the world to celebrate some of the biggest moments of their lives.

That global reach is part of what makes bridal work so meaningful to her. Every wedding morning is different, every bride comes with her own story, and Hailee shows up for all of it. Her favorite part of the whole day is helping her brides into their dresses and watching everything come together. The dress, the hair, the makeup, the whole vision finally real and standing in front of a mirror. She describes it as playing real-life Barbies, which tracks.

Her production credits include touchup work for hosts at The Netflix Cup in 2023, full hair and makeup for Univision hosts at the 2024 Super Bowl, and Swim Week Las Vegas in both 2024 and 2025.

Off the clock, you'll find her at Pilates, embroidering something, or baking. Her Spotify rotation currently features Charli XCX, Sabrina Carpenter, and Megan Thee Stallion, which tells you basically everything you need to know. Her long-term goal is to travel internationally, with the UK, Greece, and Ireland all on the list.
