GUIDE: How to Choose the Right Package for Your Wedding Day

Wedding planning has a way of making simple decisions feel enormous, and enormous decisions feel impossible. Fortunately, this one is neither. Choosing the right hair and makeup package with our luxury Las Vegas hair and makeup team mostly comes down to three things: how many people you're bringing, where everyone is staying, and what kind of morning you actually want to have. Let's start there.

Start with what you know. Don't stress the rest.

If your headcount isn't locked in yet, you're in good company. Final numbers have a way of shifting until about a month before the wedding, at which point someone's cousin who "wasn't sure she could make it" has suddenly confirmed. Our packages are built to grow with you. Book what you're certain of now and add from there. It’s almost always easier to add services on closer to your wedding date than it is to select an entirely new package (plus, it helps avoid running into any late cancellation fees).

One package, one location.

This is worth knowing upfront: each package covers a single getting-ready location. Here’s why that works out in your favor.

If you're having a destination wedding is at one of our stunning, off-Strip locations, there’s a strong chance that some bridal party members are going to stay at the resort you're at and others will stay right on the Strip. Vegas makes an excellent wedding destination because guests can entertain themselves in between wedding festivities - if they are in the middle of all the excitement.

But what happens on the wedding day when you have an 8:00 AM start time and say, your mom who used her resort points to book a room in the middle of town is feeling stressed out about getting through two resorts and across the city early in the morning? We’ve seen enough worried aunts and moms to know this is definitely a thing that can happen.

Booking her a separate package resolves that. She’ll get a team that comes to her in the morning, and that gives her plenty of time to get ready, get dressed, and then show up early to tell you how pretty you are, how good it is to see your friends that you grew up with again, and pose for those sweet photos of zipping you into your dress.

Two locations means two packages, two teams, and two mornings that both run exactly the way they should. We coordinate it all. You tell us where everyone is.

The add-ons worth deciding early.

Most enhancements can be confirmed closer to the date. Decide a week before you really do need that spray tan to knock out those bachelorette party tan lines? No problem. Feeling luxurious and want to start with a Blow Dry Foundation? Sure, let’s get that on your reservation.

However, if you're interested in a Beauty Escort, having your artist stay with you from the end of your appointment through the reception for touch-ups, veil removal, that moment right before you walk in to the reception- that one needs to be reserved at booking. We cannot guarantee availability once the schedule builds around your date, and it does fill in. If you want it, say so early.

Second Look works the same way. If you're planning a hair or makeup change for the reception, let us know when you inquire so we can build the timeline correctly from the start.

*Even if you do decide at the last minute you want a Beauty Escort or Second Look, you can ask. This isn’t a Hard No, this is a “the probability of the artist being available” gets much smaller by the day.

When in doubt, reach out.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you contact us. Send us what you know: your date, your venue, a rough idea of your party size. We'll help you build from there.
