Submitting this form expresses interest but does not guarantee selection. Each project has a unique creative direction, and participants are selected based on how their details align with that specific vision.

If selected:

• Our vendor team will guide all creative decisions to ensure the final result reflects the concept being produced.
• Hair, makeup, wardrobe, florals, photography, venue, and overall styling will be thoughtfully curated by the creative team.
• A signed model release will be required prior to participation.
• Imagery and video captured may be used across websites, social media, publications, and marketing platforms.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and full participation are expected.

We promise to communicate clearly and create an experience that feels polished, respectful, and elevated from start to finish.

Model Call FAQ

Will I receive the photos?

Yes. Selected models will receive professionally edited images from the shoot. Raw/unedited files are not available.

Do I need to provide my own attire?

We strongly prefer models provide their own bridal attire. Non-traditional attire is welcome as well as traditional. Wardrobe will be considered during the selection process to ensure alignment with the creative concept.

Are there any out-of-pocket costs?

No. We will not require you to purchase, rent, or pay for anything to participate.

Is there compensation?

This is a collaborative editorial shoot. There is no financial compensation. Participation includes professional hair and makeup services and edited imagery for personal use.

Who controls the creative direction?

All styling decisions — including hair, makeup, wardrobe, and florals — are determined by the creative team to align with the concept.

Is a model release required?

Yes. All selected participants must sign a model release permitting imagery and video to be used for marketing, portfolio, and publication purposes.

How long is the commitment?

Selected models should plan for several hours to accommodate glam and photography time. Final timelines will be shared in advance.

What if I’m not selected?

Each concept has specific production needs. If it’s not a fit for this shoot, we may keep your submission on file for future opportunities.
